Our Innovative Offsite Manufacturing Process is Turning Heads
We recently had the honour of hosting New Zealand’s Housing Minister, Hon. Chris Penk, at our head office and factory site in Drury, South Auckland. With our team in full swing and buildings at every stage of the production line. The Minister got a true look behind the curtain at what “clever building solutions” really mean in practice.
From construction to inspections, QA checks to final detailing. Every part of our process happens offsite, under our roof, before being delivered directly to our clients’ sites.
Proven Off-Site Building Solutions
It’s a model that’s proven to reduce build timelines and streamline quality. The visit opened up valuable conversations about cost effective buildings at scale and benefit across several sectors including affordable homes, social housing, commercial offerings & classrooms.

Regional consenting rules can be tricky, but the Government is working on solutions to help enable businesses like this and boost housing supply.”
We’re pleased to be part of that conversation, and we welcome any progress that supports faster, cleverer pathways to delivering transportable homes and community spaces for Kiwis – particularly those that recognise the efficiencies of the offsite model.
With our newest transportable plan, the Beaumont, clients can now build up to 175m² in a modern, architecturally designed format. The beauty of our approach is that while a home is being constructed in our factory, site preparation can happen in parallel. That’s a huge time saving, cutting months off a traditional build timeline.
Delivering Clever Building Solutions
We use NZ materials, build to NZ Building Code standards, and our homes are crafted by Licensed Building Practitioners (LBPs) who care about the result.
