The transportable, prefabricated solution has been really good for us, and it’s allowed us to shorten the overall timeframe of the project.
The day the buildings arrived on the trucks, we could start to realise the vision. They were dropped into place and within four to five hours the buildings were installed and effectively ready to go.
We started the process about 18 months ago, trying to find a suitable provider to deliver a solution targeted at supporting our operational staff, of which we have 20, as well as our administration team.
We went through a number of different providers to assess who could deliver the right solution, and we landed on the Transbuild solution about 12 months ago.
We’ve been really impressed with the quality of the buildings and the engagement we’ve had with the Transbuild staff around colours, layout, and the overall design.
We were able to customise portions of the buildings to create a solution that ultimately fit our requirements.
The design has been excellent. We’ve been able to bring two different structures together with the use of decking and a roofing solution, which has worked really well.
Overall, we had a very positive experience with the Transbuild team. Communication was very good. We had a project lead, supported by the commercial team as well, including guidance around funding and the regulatory and legal aspects.

Off-Site Manufacturing Approach
All three buildings were constructed and fully completed within Transbuild’s factory environment, including interior fit-out, services, kitchens, bathrooms, and finishes. Completing the build undercover improved quality control, reduced weather risk, and supported programme certainty while delivering consistent outcomes across all facilities.
Installation and Delivery Outcome
Buildings were transported to site and installed onto pre-prepared foundations, with service connections, external works, and final detailing coordinated as part of the overall project delivery. This approach supported a seamless handover and enabled Pact Group to occupy and operate with minimal downtime.
