Who is Transbuild Onsite?
Transbuild Onsite is the onsite architectural build arm of Transbuild, designing and building premium architectural homes across Auckland and Waikato. Our parent business has been building transportable homes across the North Island since 2012, and Transbuild Onsite extends that operational care into architecturally designed homes built onsite on your land.
Where do you build?
We design and build architectural homes onsite across Auckland and Waikato. Our showspace and head office are based at 250b Sutton Road, Drury.
How long does a Transbuild Onsite home take to build?
Build timelines vary by project type and complexity. A Home Collection home typically moves from contract to handover in around six months. A larger Private Residence may take up to twelve months, depending on site, scope and consent. You’ll have a clear timeline before any contract is signed.
Can I customise the plans?
Yes. Plans from both pathways can be tailored to your build. Every Home Collection or Private Residence plan is designed as a refined starting point, with layout, finishes and exterior options adapted around your site, lifestyle and brief. Flip or mirror the plan. Choose Mono or Gable. Adjust the scullery, cladding, deck or garage configuration. With our Private Residences range, we go further, working to your vision and designing a bespoke plan just for you. Talk to us about how a plan can be tailored to your build.
How does pricing work?
Once your scope, specification and site requirements are confirmed, your build price is fixed to the agreed contract. Any variations are documented and approved before work proceeds. Clear scope, agreed pricing, transparent variations.
Are you a Master Builder?
Yes. We’re members of the Registered Master Builders, and every Transbuild Onsite home is backed by the Master Build 10-Year Guarantee – independent protection during the build and after handover.
