Here is where you tell us about your site, your lifestyle, your budget and what you want in a perfect home. There’s no commitment from you or quoting from us at this stage – just a good, proper conversation.
Assessing your site
We visit your land to assess the orientation, outlook, contours, services, constraints and opportunities of the site.
Designing an initial concept
We provide you with an initial design, showing the form, scale and material direction for your home, long with how it sits on your site.
Refining the details
Once you’ve approved the concept, we’ll move on to a developed design that shows the considered choices around finishes, specifications and fittings that make your home uniquely yours.
Confirming the scope and budget
This is where the scope and pricing are locked in, consents lodged and agreements signed.
Now it’s time to build your home
You’ll meet with the dedicated team who will build your home. As the build progresses and your home takes shape, they’ll provide you with weekly updates and talk through milestones and any questions you may have.
Your new home is ready to enjoy
It’s time to move in. We’ll hand over your keys and walk you through your new home.
