The Clevedon 284 is the flagship of the Home Collection. Two 30-degree gabled pavilions rise on either side of a linked centre, creating a distinctive twin-peak Kiwi character that carries the classic through a contemporary architectural lens.
The living pavilion holds an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge with a scullery and fireplace at its heart, extending to a covered portico for outdoor living. A dedicated retreat sits between the living and bedroom wings, offering secondary family space or a quieter place to unwind. The master suite includes a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite with deck access, while two further bedrooms and a guest room complete the layout. A family bathroom, separate WC and dedicated laundry keep the practicalities close.
The twin-gable form and combination of horizontal and vertical weatherboard give The Clevedon a confident rural-premium presence.
