Transbuild Onsite is the onsite architectural build arm of Transbuild, designing and building premium architectural homes across Auckland and Waikato. Our parent business has been building transportable homes across the North Island since 2012, and Transbuild Onsite extends that operational care into architecturally designed homes built onsite on your land.

Build timelines vary by project type and complexity. A Home Collection home typically moves from contract to handover in around six months. A larger Private Residence may take up to twelve months, depending on site, scope and consent. You’ll have a clear timeline before any contract is signed.

Yes. Every Home Collection plan is designed as a refined starting point — we tailor layout, finishes and exterior options around your site, lifestyle and brief. Flip or mirror the plan. Choose Mono or Gable. Adjust the scullery, cladding, deck or garage configuration. Talk to us about how we can shape the plan around your build.

Once your scope, specification and site requirements are confirmed, your build price is fixed to the agreed contract. Any variations are documented and approved before work proceeds. Clear scope, agreed pricing, transparent variations.
