Bedroom One is positioned beside the bathroom and features a generous wardrobe. Bedroom Two sits separately off the living space making it ideal for guests, extended family or a home office.
The light-filled open-plan living area is enhanced by a generous sloped ceiling that creates volume and space. A centralised sliding door provides you with seamless indoor-outdoor connection. Built by Licensed Building Practitioners, The Hector 70 is a permanent, self-contained minor dwelling designed to align with current granny flat regulations in NZ.
