Three Simple Steps to Your Winter Warm-Up
From first call to locked-in bonus, the process is straightforward and your Home Consultant guides you through every step.
Step 1
Sign up to your Home Starter Pack
First, pay your $5,000 Home Starter Pack deposit between Thursday 28 May and Friday 31 July 2026. This gets your site plan, house & utility plan, site requirements review and a refined quote – all the boxes ticked for your build.
Step 2
Choose your bonus with a Home Consultant
Next, sit down with your Home Consultant to choose your one Winter Warm-Up bonus: the Trendstone Quartz benchtop, the Panasonic heatpump, or the built-in entertainment cabinet. The choice is yours; we just make sure it’s built into your plan.
Step 3
Sign your Master Build Contract within two months
Finally, move to Master Build Contract within two months of your Home Starter Pack signup and your Winter Warm-Up bonus is locked in. Your build starts, your bonus is included, and you’re on your way to a new Transbuild home.

Winter Warm-Up FAQs
When does the Winter Warm-Up Promotion start and end?
The Promotional Period runs from 8:00am NZST on Thursday 28 May 2026 until 11:59pm NZST on Friday 31 July 2026. To qualify, you must sign up to your Home Starter Pack and pay your deposit within this window.
Who's eligible for the Winter Warm-Up?
Any New Zealand resident aged 18 or over purchasing a new Transbuild transportable home is eligible, provided you sign up to your Home Starter Pack between 28 May and 31 July 2026 and sign your Master Build Contract within two months of your Home Starter Pack signup date.
What are the three bonus options?
You can choose one of: a Trendstone Quartz stone benchtop upgrade; a Panasonic heat pump (Aero Series Z42, Z50 or Z60, scaled to your plan) for your main living area; or a built-in entertainment cabinet finished in Laminex Melteca. You pick one – they cannot be combined or split.
Can I take the bonus as cash or a discount instead?
No. The bonus is the item itself – it has no cash value and cannot be applied as a discount against the base build price. We do this so every customer gets the same lift in quality, regardless of plan size.
What's the Home Starter Pack?
Our Home Starter Pack is the first formal step in a Transbuild build. The $5,000 deposit covers your site plans (with up to three revisions), house plans, utility areas plan, site requirements review and a refined project quote.
Are there any Exclusions?
Yes. The Hector 70 does not apply to the Winter Warm-Up Promotion. The offer is not able to be combined with any other promotional offers.
What happens if I miss the two-month contract deadline?
If you don’t progress to a signed Master Build Contract within two calendar months of your Home Starter Pack signup, the Winter Warm-Up bonus is forfeited. Your Home Starter Pack remains valid under its standard terms – only the bonus entitlement lapses. We recommend a conversation with our Home Consultants to discuss options.
I'm building two dwellings - can I claim two bonuses?
Yes. The bonus applies per qualifying build, so if you sign up to two Home Starter Packs and progress both to Master Build Contracts within the eligibility window, you can choose one bonus per build.
