Do I need to have land or a finished plan?
No. Whether you're researching, considering a section or ready to build, you're welcome to explore and ask questions.
How do the architect conversations work?
Join the waiting list when you arrive. Complimentary ten-minute conversations are first come, first served, subject to availability. Bring site details or plans for an initial discussion; detailed site checks follow separately.
What can I explore on the day?
Walk through the Ruapehu 151, Huxley 120 and Kawerau 119 show homes, look inside our working factory and discover new premium home plans. Browse our specification and upgrade booklet, physical samples and mood boards to explore ways to make a home your own.
Where can I park, and what access is available?
Parking is available onsite, along with an accessible toilet and ramp access to our office. The show homes have stairs at their entrances and are not step-free. Please speak with our team about any assistance you may need.
Is entry free, and can I register on arrival?
Entry is free. We encourage you to RSVP beforehand so we can send you a reminder, but you can also register when you arrive.
