Our commercial modular buildings are built in NZ and are a fast, cost-effective solution available to the market today. You choose the modules and configuration that best suits your needs and we can construct in few weeks. Our transportables offer a fast and uncomplicated solution at a fixed cost and, as they can be built while you are getting on with site preparation, you will benefit from considerable time savings when compared to a typical onsite build.

We use a carefully planned approach to the manufacture of all units and when combined with our formulaic construction process it means that we are guaranteed to deliver high quality buildings within the agreed timescale. Due to our meticulous planning, our sub-contractors are always available exactly when we need them and, as each unit is manufactured in our purpose built all-weather factory, we never experience delays due to bad weather.

Each unit will be transported to your site on the back of a specialist house moving truck and can be ready to use as soon as all your site services ready to be connected.

Each unit is constructed by licensed building practitioners and is delivered fully finished and ready to plug into on-site services.

The final price quoted for each unit includes:

  • Code of compliance ex-factory (site is separate)
  • Electrical code of compliance and gas certifications for the building
  • Fully painted exterior and interior
  • Double glazed joinery
  • Floor coverings
  • Fitted kitchen and bathrooms (where appropriate) with Fisher and Paykel appliance package where appropriate.
  • Gas hot water califont system or Hot water cylinder dependent on your needs
  • Each unit is fully completed, and delivered operationally complete ready to connect to your site services

So, as you can see, your finished modules arrive on site ready for use within hours or days.

However, as with every transportable building there are extra costs involved for the preparation of the site which need to be taken into consideration.

Depending on your site, these may include:

  • Excavation of the site
  • Delivery and foundations
  • Base board surrounds
  • Site plans, consent fees and consent management
  • Power and services, such as water, wastewater, and stormwater connections to the site
  • Drain laying
  • Septic tanks if in a rural area
  • Parking and driveways

We always recommend that you get quotes for the site preparation before starting any project. Our team can provide a project estimate with PC sums for these items which will give you an indicative total cost for the project.
